The hotel was great. It was your customer service that let me down. I had requested an extra day thru Booking.com. Your rep said she called the hotel and got us a 2nd night. Hotel didn’t receive request. We got locked out of our room. Hotel accommodated us at same price. Kudos to them.

The room was clean and comfortable. Refrigerator was a good size. The coffee maker was a keurig, very nice 👌. Breakfast was great and even had someone cooking fresh eggs to order. There was a lounge/bar area. Covered swimming pool. Outside area with grill near pool area. The hotel is in a quiet area with park and river across the road. I was quite impressed with the whole experience.

The value was outstanding - large, clean, comfortable room, pet-friendly with no up-charge, lovely facility, and genuinely nice staff. We had no idea breakfast was included, so that was an extra bonus of a very nice place. I’d like to send a shout out to our check-in clerk, Wendell. He was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We appreciated that so much after a long day on the road.

Friendly staff and managers! Hotel has changed owners recently. It has great potential if effort goes into improving facilities. It has excellent location close to Historic Downtown of San Angelo and is a reminder of the good old times of classic travel. My stay was short but emotionally intense and I would like to thank staff supporting me, like an extended family: Wendell (for kindness in nights with little sleep), Robert (for making sure I have something to eat) K'Lee (for guiding me to experience the place from the perspective of a local), Jose for a special welcome, and new managers for all they do to keep hotel alive!

Nonsmoking rooms, clean coffee pot, working frig. Staff was friendly & they did try to help when we had issues.

Love the location love the rooms and the service. The comforters need to be cleaned with a little more detail but other than that we love staying here it is great.. also heat the pool up some its freezing !!

Was nice to have a hot tub inside to relax and rooms were nice and clean for the most part. Beds were comfy. Had a cable tv that is a very nice size! Late access to the bar and poker lounge and the pool is open until 11pm!

All of the staff was very nice and courteous. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Even though we had a last minute booking due to another property not accommodating us at the last minute the accepted us with open arms and provided us with exactly what we needed. I do recommend this hotel. Breakfast was good as well, especially the omelette station.

Because I was at Fort Conch every day of my visit, I especially liked how convenient it was to the fort. I was also pleasantly surprised that the hotel had someone who would cook an omelette at your request.

The staff is always friendly and some of them are friends of my brother dad, they are always sweet to my son and dog and it’s in an area we enjoy and can reach places we go to regularly fairly easy. We enjoy the hot tub as well and the beds are comfortable.
