Clarion Hotel San Angelo near Convention Center

The hotel was great. It was your customer service that let me down. I had requested an extra day thru Booking.com. Your rep said she called the hotel and got us a 2nd night. Hotel didn’t receive request. We got locked out of our room. Hotel accommodated us at same price. Kudos to them.

The room was clean and comfortable. Refrigerator was a good size. The coffee maker was a keurig, very nice 👌. Breakfast was great and even had someone cooking fresh eggs to order. There was a lounge/bar area. Covered swimming pool. Outside area with grill near pool area. The hotel is in a quiet area with park and river across the road. I was quite impressed with the whole experience.

The staff! They were amazing and very friendly 😊

The staff is always friendly and some of them are friends of my brother dad, they are always sweet to my son and dog and it’s in an area we enjoy and can reach places we go to regularly fairly easy. We enjoy the hot tub as well and the beds are comfortable.
